The UNESCO Chairs in Switzerland gathered in Bern for their annual meeting

A group photo of all UNESCO Chairs in Switzerland at the UNESCO Chair Meeting 2025 in Berne. The Chair on 'Physical Activity and Health in Educational Settings' was represented by Prof. Dr. Uwe Pühse, University of Basel, and doctoral candidate MSc Nandi Joubert, Swiss TPH.

The event on 4 September provided an opportunity to share results and explore new avenues for cooperation.

Organized by the Swiss Commission for UNESCO, the Swiss UNESCO Chairs engaged in dialogue with key partners from the Swiss and international research and education landscape: State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation SERI | Swissnex | SCNAT - Swiss Academy of Sciences.
