Season's Greetings and Best Wishes for a Happy & Prosperous New Year 2025
Another year with a wide range of activities is drawing to a close. We would like to thank our partners for the trust they place in us and the resulting pleasant cooperation. It was a very intense year with many enriching moments.
This year, the focus was on the further development and multiple implementation of our two Short Learning Programs (SLPs) KaziKidz Foundation- & Intermediate-Phase and Senior-Phase. We have also introduced these two Short Learning Programs - accredited by the South African Council for Educators (SACE) - to primary and high school teachers and conducted a KaziHealth activation project at Siyaphakama schools in intensive collaboration with the Kolisi Foundation.
In addition, a valuable exchange took place with other UNESCO Chairs, also with regard to the UNESCO focus on Priority Africa. Furthermore, a talented young scientist, who has been with us since the beginning of our 10-year collaboration, is moving on and transferring her workplace to the University of Fort Hare. We wish her all the best!
We greatly value the collaboration with our partners in (public) health research - including the implementation character to aim for a footprint on the ground - to support the UNESCO programs Quality Physical Education (QPE) & Fit4Life and look forward to upcoming joint activities in 2025.
We send Season's Greetings and Best Wishes for a Happy & Prosperous New Year 2025!
